Event Management & Campaigns

During my time at ESN Bordeaux, Suez Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and La Boîte à Jouer theatre, I had the opportunity to work on the communication of various events, ranging from educational to promotional and social gatherings. This experience exposed me to a wide range of communication processes, including pre-event promotion, live content creation, and post-event publication.

Erasmus Final Party Campaign

One of my first major event launches was for Erasmus students, where I aimed to create an impactful communication campaign. This event was particularly significant as it marked the final party of the first semester, a time when Bordeaux welcomed the largest number of Erasmus students. Due to a tight deadline for creating visuals, I managed, publicised, and designed the campaign largely on my own. The event was promoted across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Erasmus WhatsApp groups, ensuring maximum outreach and engagement.

Internal Communication & Event Promotion

After noticing low attendance at cultural events, we decided to create a standardised template with a logical and recognisable pattern to help students easily identify events labelled as «Visite.»

To achieve this, I designed a template that provided clear and
consistent branding for cultural outings. Rather than relying on Adobe Suite, I chose to use a free and user-friendly website, making it straightforward for my team to access and use the template to promote events when I wasn’t available. This approach ensured we maintained a cohesive look across all channels, including Facebook and Instagram posts, as well as stories..

Internal Communication & Event Promotion

During my internship at Suez, I was mainly focused on internal communication and newsletters, but I also contributed to various events such as student forums and the city’s summer festival. My role involved promoting the Suez brand while also engaging with the public on environmental topics. I facilitated family-friendly activities to raise awareness about water conservation and waste sorting. Additionally, I was responsible for capturing event photos for post-event publications in the newsletter and on social media platforms (X, LinkedIn) to highlight Suez’s participation.
