Event Management & Campaigns
Academic Conferences & Seminars
At the School of Law, I manage the end-to-end communication and logistics for a wide spectrum of events, including academic conferences and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes that involve ticketing and paid access.
My involvement extends significantly beyond simple online promotion. Before an event, I design the visual assets and detailed PDF programmes. On the day itself, I arrive early on site to manage the physical setup, test AV equipment and microphones, act as a central contact point for attendees, and ensure the schedule proceeds smoothly. To streamline the post-event procedure, I also developed a systematic method for students and academics to submit their achievements, which I subsequently convert into articles for our website.
Public Forums & Community Outreach
Engaging with the broader public requires an interactive, physical presence on the ground. At Trinity College, I manage our public outreach during Open Days, functioning as a direct contact point to welcome prospective students and community members into the School of Law.
This built upon previous outreach work; during my time at Suez, I was physically present to represent the brand at student forums and public festivals, setting up exhibition areas and facilitating family-friendly activities. Similarly, for La Boîte à Jouer theatre, I managed targeted mailing campaigns using SurveyMonkey to connect underrepresented groups with cultural events, focusing heavily on mediation and accessibility.

Student Association Campaigns
1. Erasmus Final Party Campaign
One of my first major event launches was for Erasmus students, where I aimed to create an impactful communication campaign. This event was particularly significant as it marked the final party of the first semester, a time when Bordeaux welcomed the largest number of Erasmus students. Due to a tight deadline for creating visuals, I managed, publicised, and designed the campaign largely on my own. The event was promoted across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and the Erasmus WhatsApp group, ensuring maximum outreach and engagement
2. Product Sales Event Campaigns
With the ESN Bordeaux, we launched several campaign focused on events involving product sales. These events required logistical planning, such as booking buses or rooms, with the primary objective of at least breaking even financially. Given the unique nature of these events, I consistently created original and engaging content to promote them. For instance, I developed video content to make the campaigns more memorable. This approach helped attract attendees while ensuring the events retained a distinctive identity and met their financial objectives.
